2. What requirements must you meet to provide us with your personal information?

Minimum age. To provide us with your personal data, you must be at least 14 years of age and/or, if applicable, have sufficient legal capacity to use this Website.

We collect your identification data (name and surname) and e-mail address and telephone number.Curricular and professional information: You can add a link to your online Curriculum Vitae (CV), portfolio or personal web and attach a CV as an attachment, where you can include your academic information and professional experience, as well as any other information you voluntarily add to your CV. 
Personal characteristics and other information: In addition, you have a space where you can include a brief summary about yourself. We recommend that you do not enter sensitive information in this space.
What are the purposes of the processing of your personal data?Participate in our personnel selection processes. In the event that you send us your application and CV, we will process your personal information to initiate, where appropriate, a selection process for eventual hiring and follow up on it. The selection processes may involve personal or remote interviews or practical tests related to the job position or languages in which the job functions are to be performed.
What is the basis of legitimacy that allows us to process your data? Is the provision of this data mandatory?Consent. The processing of the data is necessary to evaluate the application for a job offer. Application of pre-contractual measures. Data processing is necessary for the application of pre-contractual measures between the parties. The information that you are required to provide will be indicated with an asterisk or similar. Without this information it is not possible to initiate or continue your participation in a selection procedure or your application cannot be assessed correctly.
How long do we keep your information?The personal data provided will be treated for as long as they are necessary to manage the selection process for which you have applied or until you request us to stop doing so and then blocked during the legal periods of conservation as long as there may be responsibilities on the part of SMART VISUAL DATA. In case the candidate is not selected, the data will be deleted 5 years after the notification of rejection for the position applied for.
Who do we give your personal information to?We may use service providers for the provision of certain ancillary services (e.g., management software), who act as Processors.

To whom do we transfer your personal information? In this regard, we may use service providers for the provision of certain ancillary services (e.g. management software), who act as Processors. You will find more information on how these service providers operate in point 4 above.

4. Recipients of your data

The Data Controller contracts with third party data processors in order to provide its services. With the exception of these entities, your data will not be communicated to other third parties. If for any reason it is necessary to communicate such data to third parties, you will be informed in advance and, where appropriate, your consent will be requested and the purposes of the communication and the identity of the third party to whom they will be communicated will be specified.

All of the above, with the exception of those cases in which a legal requirement makes it necessary to communicate such data to a third party.

Any request for rights that we receive will be resolved as soon as possible and, in any case, within the maximum period established by law from the time we receive it. Right to withdraw your consent

You may withdraw your consent in relation to all processing based on your consent at any time. However, withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

Remember that, at any time, and in case you consider that we have violated your right to the protection of your data, you will be able to address in your defense to the corresponding Control Authority, in the case of Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. How do we guarantee the confidentiality of your information?

Therefore, SMART VISUAL DATA has implemented all the necessary security measures to guarantee an effective use and treatment of the personal data provided by the user, safeguarding the privacy, privacy, confidentiality and integrity of the same and makes use of the necessary technical means to avoid the alteration, loss, unauthorized access or treatment of your data, according to the state of the technology at any time.
